Please follow the steps below for repair service:

  1. Read and agree to the Pricing and Terms
  2. Fill out RMA Request Form
  3. A ticket will be generated and the confirmation will be sent via e-mail
  4. Print out the ticket and send the package to the address below:

    • Shipments without a RMA ticket will not be accepted.
    • Warranty repair covers parts, labor and one way ground shipping in the contiguous United States.
