RMA Service

Please refer to the following procedures to request a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) repair.

  1. Submit A Request

    To submit a RMA Request, please complete the online. Alternatively, you can download the form, then email the completed form to support@acronova.com or fax to 732-698-7939.

    Out-of-Warranty $50* Covered by Customers Covered by Customers
    * Ground shipping is covered for customers in the contiguous United States.
    * The $50 inspection fee is waived for repairs done by Acronova Technology.
  2. Obtain A Ticket

    A RMA ticket will be issued to you once the RMA request is accepted. Please print out the ticket and include it in the returning package, then send the package to the address below:

  3. Repairing and Shipping

    All repairing costs including parts and labor are covered for warranty repair. The repaired product or replacement will be shipped via ground shipping back to customers within the contiguous United States.

    For out-of-warranty repairs, the estimated cost of repair will be provided after the unit is received and inspected. A $50 inspection charge will be applied if customers decide not to have the unit repaired.
