Features
Apus series is a two-bay auto-duplicator with a fast disc-changing-cycle
auto disc-loader. These true one-to-one stand-alone duplicators
replicates the data from the master disc to the blank target
disc without a host computer connecting, providing users the
convenience in automatic disc replication with absolutely no
hassles.
Apus series integrates
an innovative patent-pending robotic mechanism, it feeds in
and picks up discs much faster than many traditional competitives.
Since most conventional auto-duplicators use a single pick-and-place
arm to transport discs, the transportation of the discs takes
a much longer distance and hence a longer time to operate.
Apus has 2 separated drop-in loader and pick-up un-loader.
Disc-transportation is shortened, and the traveling speed
is faster.
Apus PRO, with a hard-disk built-in,
are designed for professional applications where lots of discs
are duplicated either from single- and multiple-masters jobs.
It supports Disc-to-Disc, and HDD-to-Disc duplication modes.
In Disc-to-Disc duplication mode, the data on the master disc
is on-the-fly copied to blank discs. In HDD-to-Disc mode,
the data on the master disc(s) are read, saved to hard-disk,
and then, from the hard-disk written to the blank. With the
multi-master function, you may load more than one master discs,
and have each of them be duplicated with the desired quantity,
automatically.
In addition, you may save the data image
in the hard-disk for later-on duplication purpose. Generally,
getting data stream from a hard-disk is faster and much reliable
than a straight-forward disc-to-disc one, because hard-disk
can supply a constant data flow at a much faster speed than
a CD- or DVD-ROM.
Apus series is available in both DVD
or CD. The Apus DVD auto-duplicator can duplicate both CD
and DVD, while the CD auto-duplicator can do only CD duplication.
All of them will work with major brand record-once and multi-recordable
(read-write) medias. Special model, on request, can format
CD-RW automatically .
The operation with Apus is very simple:
Just load the blank discs, the master disc(s), then, push
buttons. The unit will undergo its duplication job by itself.
Yet it is simple, it provides many set-up option amply to
meet your diverse requirement.
The traditional feeding-by-hand tower-duplicator
requires an affended manpower to move disc in-and-out each
cycle. Apus holds all the advantages a traditional duplicator
has, plus an integrated auto-loader which moves disc automatically.
Imagine how terrible it could be to manually feeding and taking-out
paper, with each copy cycle, if a Xerox machine does not have
a paper-feeder. The auto-loader, which works like a disc-feeder,
saves the disc in-and-out manpower cost, which may be more
cost efficient in the long run. Also, you can get rid of errors
and losses caused by human errors which in many cases happens
much too frequently.
Apus is the break-through auto-duplicator
as an mile-stone which fulfils convenient and reliable optical
disc duplication solution at an affordable cost, Making hundreds
of disc overnight in-house is no longer a dream with Apus.
Your discs rushed for presentation, application drive, or
anniversary can, thereafter, always be on-time.
