Xymba Standalone Plus is the world's first automated disc duplicator with expandable capacity and output rate. While the Xymba master model (XB42M4) can be operated alone with dual writers and 80 disc capacity, a Xymba client model (XB42S) can be connected to turn the two units into a four-drive automated disc duplication system with 160 disc capacity.
With the doubled output rate, it takes less than 1.5 hours to burn 50 copies of DVDs (4.7GB). Such efficiency and flexibility makes Xymba Standalone Plus the perfect choice for high volume duplication jobs.
Unlike tradition auto-loaders with a robotic arm that moves back and forth to load and unload discs, Xymba Standalone Plus employs independent loading and unloading mechanisms that eliminate redundant arm movements, shorten the cycle time, and increase the production rate.
The lockable disc cabinet of Xymba Standalone Plus protects disc away from dusts and unauthorized access.
Many duplicators in the market would stop when a disc failure is encountered, which interrupts the whole production. Xymba Standalone Plus automatically separates bad discs from good discs continues its current project.
For Multiple Master Disc Duplication, simply interleave the master and blank discs into the loader to activate this feature automatically. Whenever a non-blank disc is detected, a disc image will be written to the built-in hard disk then used to duplicate all the following blank discs, until another master disc is detected or until the loader is empty. No complicated configuration is required.
Xymba Standalone Plus comes with Blu-ray support. One Blu-ray disc can store up to 25GB of digital data or 4 hours of high definition video.
With High-Speed Duplication, it takes less time to write to a disc. Most users choose High-Speed Duplication while professional users prefer Safe-Speed to duplicate audio and video discs for improving duplication quality.
(Writing speed can result in duplication quality.)
Xymba Standalone Plus comes with functions such as Verify and Compare. Users can utilize the two functions to ensure the quality of copies.
Xymba can be used to erase multiple unwanted re-writable discs, the discs can then be used again as blank discs.
