Nimbie Chorus System is an expandable automatic duplication
system up to 7 drives with 700 disc capacity. The master
unit (NBCH07) can be connected with up to 7 client units
(NB15/NB15-BR). You may start with one client unit and gradually
add more units to build up the production rate and disc

Reduce Down Time Loss by Live Reconnecting Client Units

With traditional multiple drive duplicators, a downed drive
means a lost in production force. With Nimbie Chorus System,
each client unit can be live disconnected and reconnected
without interrupting the current duplication job going on
other drives, which minimizes the down time loss.
Non-Stop Disc Refilling with First In, First Out Operation
Each client unit (NB15/NB15-BR) can load up to 100 discs.
Benefits from the patent-pending top-feeding loader, refilling
discs is as simple as adding more on top of the existing
ones, making it possible to duplicate an unlimited number
of discs without interrupting ongoing project. The discs
will be processed in FIFO (first in and first out) order.
7 Drives, 7 Loaders, 7 Times Faster
The master unit of Nimbie Chorus
System can be connected with up to seven client units, each
client unit is equipped with separate drive and loader.
Up to 7 discs can be loaded at once and burned simultaneously.
Compare to a traditional system with one robotic arm, Nimbie
Chorus System is seven times more efficient in disc transaction
time.

Saving Loading and Unloading Mechanism
Traditional auto-loaders use a robotic arm which moves back and forth to pick up, load and unload discs one at a time. Nimbie employs independent loader and unloader eliminating redundant arm movements, shortening the cycle time, and increasing the production.

Enclosed Robotic Design for Extra Hardware
Protection
Traditional robotic designs are often complex, inefficient
and cumbersome. Their exposed moving parts, including the
robotic arm, may fail or require adjustment due to accidental
damage from external sources. Nimbie's patent pending, independent
loading and unloading mechanism is completely enclosed; the
internal hardware is protected and its streamlined, intuitive
design provides reliable, long-term, maintenance-free operation.
The enclosure also protects
discs from dust.
