Follow the procedure below to request a RMA repair:

1) Fill out the RMA request form (click HERE to download), and obtain a RMA number by calling Acronova Technology, Inc. at 732-422-1868, or e-mailing support@acronova.com.

2) Fax the RMA request form to 732-422-9296, or email to support@acronova.com.

3) Include a copy of the RMA request form with the unit and send the unit to address below:

Note:

Units purchased within ONE year period are eligible for warranty repair. For units with expired warranty, estimated cost of repair will be provided after we received and examined the unit.

Warranty repair includes parts, labor and one way ground shipping.

Shipments without a RMA number will not be accepted.

Send in only the main unit. Detach all the detachable parts and accessories as listed below:

Apus Series
- Hopper leaves
- Reject Bin
- Spindle and spindle base
- Power Cord
- User Manual

DupliQ Series
- Power Cord
- User Manual
- Installation CD
- Input Tray

Please include a sample of master disc if the problem is burning related. Include few blank discs if the problem is mechanics related. Sample CDs/DVDs are for testing purpose only, and the discs will be returned with the repaired unit.

If possible, please ship the unit with the original packaging; otherwise, make sure the machine is well-packed to avoid shipping damage. Acronova Technology is NOT responsible for any damage caused by shipping or faulty packaging.
